Hosting a brunch has been on my political party "wish list," for some fourth dimension now. And then when Starbucks® came out with the new Starbucks® Caffe Latte K-Cup® pods, I envisioned a beautiful green tablescape, BEGGING to be styled for a brunch party with the gals. Greenery. I couldn't get enough GREENERY, for this political party. I so institute kraft colored cardstock and printed them correct at abode!
Place Setting Details:
Once nosotros had the identify settings bundled, we placed a floral crown on meridian of each plate/carte du jour carte du jour. (Tutorial for bloom crowns at the end of this post.)
Then we created name cards for each setting, using kraft tags from the arts and crafts supply store, and wrote each guests name, applied the cutest picayune coffee cup postage, and tied them to the floral crown with a bit of white ribbon.
Simply we didn't end there! Take I mentioned that I recall this is my favorite place setting EVER?
Along the side of each place setting was a special treat to enjoy that morning, or to accept habitation later for quick bite.
What more than could nosotros perchance add to this place setting… right? Well my gal pals, are my gal pals for a reason. We know how to appreciate Starbucks®, so each guest was greeted with their ain Starbucks® mug, complete with Starbucks® Caffe Latte M-Cup® pods.
Starbucks® Caffé Latte Thou-Cup® pods
I have to say… every fourth dimension I'm out, I'm usually grabbing a latte, and stick to regular coffee when I'm dorsum at dwelling. But at present… At present I'm able to sip on a latte at home, using the Starbucks® Caffé Latte K-Loving cup® pods! I brutal in dear the moment I tried it for the outset time. There is a 2-step process to make the drink. Stride 1: Pour the flavor packet into your favorite mug. Step 2: Mash the Starbucks® Caffe Blend K-Cup® pod in your Keurig brewer and stir to enjoy! As I'one thousand approaching my mid-thirties, I'm realizing that I Demand my girlfriends in my life. At least once a calendar month, we all find a reason to get together, and soak up those conversations that we long for. I was incredibly excited to accept some of them over the other morning time to chat over coffee, and munch on some of my favorite brunch dishes.
DIY Floral Crown Tutorial
You all, this had to be one of the easiest political party favors/place setting proper noun cards, we've e'er created. I found the perfect "look," of leaves that I was going for, in a long garland. Cutting just enough to make the perfect size for a crown, and wrapping the only garland around floral wire, we had our floral crown.
But to add together a fleck more "umph," nosotros tied the custom name cards to each crown, with classic white ribbon.
Run into!! Look how beautiful they turned out! This also works great if you have guests who don't quite know each other yet, and need to be reminded of each other's names. Just get out the place card attached to the floral crown, and everyone has "built-in" proper noun tags for the brunch!
